Accuracy of Account Information: Parents, guardians, students, and customers are responsible for providing accurate and current registration, contact, caregiver, and authorized pick-up information, and for informing the Academy when any relevant information changes.

Third-Party Services & Websites: Our website and communications may link to third-party services (such as payment processors, scheduling software, or social media platforms). Zavieh Music Academy Inc. is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Photo & Video Consent: The Academy may photograph, film, or record classes, concerts, performances, workshops, events, and other activities. Identifiable images or recordings may be used for promotional, educational, archival, website, or social media purposes in accordance with permissions obtained during registration. Parents or guardians who do not consent to promotional use of identifiable images or recordings must notify the Academy in writing.
